Nitto EE-1000 Product Details

The Nitto EE-1000 series is a high-quality sealing material with excellent weather resistance, cold and heat resistance, and resistance to chemicals. It is a semi-independent and semi-continuous bubble foam sealing material used to fill gaps between various equipment. It is formed by independently foaming a blend of synthetic rubber EPDM, resulting in a high level of foaming that allows for different compression ratios to be used for waterproofing, windproofing, dustproofing, sound insulation, and thermal insulation.

Features:

• Low VOC foam sealing material.

• Excellent performance in durability, weather resistance, cold and heat resistance (-20°C to 100°C), and resistance to chemicals (acids, alkalis).

• Low compression stress, preventing structural deformation after filling.

• Soft material that is easy to compress and use.

• Low density of only 0.11.

• Easy to work with and store as foam materials do not stick together.
